What we do, and what we don't
Justice Centre does not provide reserved legal activities. This means we do not conduct litigation, exercise rights of audience, carry out reserved instrument activities, probate activities or notarial activities, or administer oaths, as those terms are defined in the Legal Services Act 2007.
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Bar Standards Board.
Where a McKenzie Friend attends court with you, they provide support only. They do not act as your representative, and they may only address the court if the court gives permission.
The information on this website is general information about court processes. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. If you want legal advice about your own situation, you should consult a solicitor of your choice.
